In order to ensure we can provide the high-quality, personalised care you deserve, it is necessary to charge a fee for your consultation and other services.
We accept payment by credit (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) or debit card (EFTPOS) or cash. Patients paying by credit / debit card will be able to take advantage of our Medicare Easyclaim facility, allowing the deposit of your Medicare rebate directly in to your bank account almost immediately.
Our set fees (as of July 2019) are as listed below.
The 'Gap Fee' is the out-of-pocket expense a patient will incur once their Medicare rebate has been refunded to them. With payments by credit or debit card, this refund takes place almost immediately.
